  1. Nominating Church Member Representatives to 2023 Deacon’s Nomination Committee, PG members can submit nominations to Pastor David in writing or by e-mail: Please do not contact the nominee(s) as Pastor David will confirm with them regarding their nomination. The names will be included for the election during the AGM on 12/3(Sun)
  2. Guidelines for Cancellation of in-person Sunday gatherings: In case of inclement weather or unforeseen events, the lead pastor, in consultation with the Executive Committee, will decide by 6:00 am on Sunday whether to cancel in-person Sunday gatherings and switch to online activities. A message will be sent to all WhatsApp groups, posted on the church’s website & Facebook. Leaders, please ensure that your members are informed to join the Zoom meetings instead. The gathering time will remain the same as before, with a simplified rundown. The sermon will be uploaded to our YouTube channel at 2:30pm.
  3. Staff News: Pastor David will take a no pay leave on 11/14 -12/1. The office will be closed to make up for 11/11 Remembrance Day.

  3. The current offering for the mission as of Nov. 15 is $71,115.6, while the mission budget for 2023 is $91,950.
