  1. Welcome to our Holy Communion Sunday Please pick up your Communion elements at the front desk. Due to an increase in COVID and flu cases, wearing a mask inside the church is highly recommended. If you have any symptoms, please rest at home. It is highly recommended to get the new COVID vaccine and flu shot.

The sermons will be uploaded to our YouTube channel at 2:30pm.

  2. According to the most current administrative guideline of the CRA, we will issue offering receipts covering Jan-Feb 2025 by 3/31. You could make your own decision to file it for 2024 or 2025 taxation purposes.
  3. A huge THANK YOU to all of you who donated to the Care Kits project over the last two Sundays. We are truly blown away by everyone’s generosity, love and support in this endeavor! Here is the total amount donated: $2,138.30!! Praise the Lord! Thank you to you all!

  1. Lent Devotional. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lent season, started on Wednesday, March 5. Please grab a copy of the 2025 UGM Lent Devotional from this link or from the reception table as a gift for you to use this Lent season
  2. The English Evangelism department is hosting a clothing drive to support our community! From March 9 to April 13, we are collecting new or gently used clothing to help those in need.

  5. New Sermon Series in English Service

We have started a new sermon series following the season of Lent in preparation for celebrating Easter. The series is called Faith Odyssey and will take us on a journey of faith following Jesus to the cross and beyond to the new life that is ours because of the resurrection.

  1. The mission department is proposing a tentative cross-cultural refugee dinner serving ministry experience in the evening of Thursday, April 3, in Surrey if enough and suitable participants can be recruited by March 8. The participants must attend in person a cross-cultural ministry training from 930 am to 12 pm at church on March 15 and at least one more online discussion on division of workload and prayer session with date(s) to be decided after March15. Please ask for more information and register with Pastor David before March 8 if you are interested in seeing whether the ministry experience would be actualized.
  2. Casa de Luz Missions Trip Update

Team of 17 is confirmed including Pastor Don, Pastor Bill, Pastor Esmond, Vivian Chui, Jacky and Jessica Chung, Grace Li, Leon Li, Donna Liu, Anh Tsang, Rachel Vong, David and Denise David and Calum and Rene Wong, Gina Wong & Sunny Yeung. Please pray for the preparation.
